Due to the nature of our products and to ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness for all customers, all sales are final. No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under the following conditions:
Accessories, clothing, and jewelry due to hygiene concerns
Discounted or promotional items
Change of mind after purchase
Wrong size, color, or model ordered by mistake
Personalized or made-to-order items
Exceptions
We only consider replacements or store credits if the product arrives damaged or defective. To qualify, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the issue at: shoppingcolombia@aginn.shop
If a replacement is approved, the same item will be shipped to you (if available) or a store credit will be issued.
Gifts
Items marked as gifts follow the same no-return policy. If damaged or defective, only store credit will be issued upon approval.
Shipping returns
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, size guides, and photos before confirming a purchase. We strongly encourage asking questions before buying.
AGINN.shop is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or damages caused during shipping, although we will do our best to assist if an issue arises.
We do not accept returns sent directly to the manufacturer or without prior written approval.
